Check In

You may now check in for your SIA flight between 1 hour and 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. We have made numerous check-in options available to you so whether you’re at home, on your mobile, on the website, or even downtown in Singapore, you can check in when, where, and how it is convenient for you. Travel in style; arrive at your destination on time.

• SilverKris Lounges
  SilverKris Lounge (SKL) completes Singapore Airlines' total travel experience. Our facilities provide First and Business Class customers, PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold members*, with the same exceptionally high standard of service on the ground as in the air.
  Whether you just want to relax over a drink or attend to urgent business before you begin your journey, our SilverKris Lounges worldwide can meet your needs.
• Partner Lounges
  In addition to our Silver KrisLounges, eligible passengers may also enjoy access to lounges contracted through our industry partnerships.

Singapore Airlines is a member of Star Alliance, which means there are nearly 300 Star Alliance airline partner-operated lounges from which to choose. Wherever you are around the world, there’s a refined, comfortable lounge in which to rest, work, and relax.

First Class customers and Solitaire PPS Club Members can experience our exclusive personalised ground services from the moment they leave their cars on the departure level (Entrance 1*) at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.

Just like the service in a top-class hotel, you will be greeted by a member of our Premium Services team upon arrival, and a porter will unload your baggage and assist you through to our First Class Reception, an elegant facility located next to immigration.

Our Premium Services Officer will handle your check-in for Singapore Airlines operated flights while you sit back and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the reception lounge.

A private entrance from the lounge leads you directly to Immigration. You may then proceed to the SilverKris Lounge or to your boarding gate, relaxed and ready for the journey.
